From time to time we book a couple that we have never met before. For a couple planning a wedding the sound of that might stress you out. It used to stress me out. Now I go into each wedding with the same plan and for this Bella Donna Chapel Wedding it was no different.

We want to arrive and provide the best customer service we can so that by the end of the day it feels like we have known each other for quite sometime and an extra big goal is that I leave feeling like you think of me as a big sister!

I arrived to this Bella Donna Chapel wedding and there was a small hitch right away. The couple had a small miscommunication. The groom was tasked with hiring the photographer for the wedding day and he was told to get two photographers. Well, he did that…just not two photographers from the same company. (this is where any photographer reading this would cringe). It’s a big no no in the photography industry. BUT luckily the other hired photographer felt that customer service was just as important as I do and we made it work.

The other photographer and I agreed that she would cover the lower level during the ceremony and the indoor chapel photos and I would cover the balcony and outdoor photos. I was also covering the reception so I happily covered the ceremony from the balcony.

It’s not always that easy, but we worked together and helped make this wedding day so great.

Ariana’s dress was custom made by Gina Blanco Atelier and her shoes were amazing!
